Valor Team retreat 2026! Today we took the 11 people on our leadership team away for the day. We had coffee, we spent time each person sharing a PowerPoint they created about themselves as we build relationship. Created things at creative memory. We broke bread. And we made plans for the future growth.

Hello,
My name is Andrejas Duerig, and I am honored to step into the role of Director of Mentoring with Valor Mentoring. Over the past four years, I have gained experience working with mentorship organizations across the country, developing a deep passion for building meaningful mentor relationships and supporting impactful programs. I look forward to continuing this journey with Valor Mentoring and contributing to its mission in a greater capacity. I am excited to help grow the mentorship involvement here in the Salem / Keizer area and it starts with our first ever Champions Night on April 15th at The REC: Lanes where Current Mentors and Interested Mentors alike can come bowl and eat for free while connecting with one another!
