Just finished a cool project for a local customer. They had to remove a custom corbel to install a new gutter system. They proposed creating a 3D printed assembly to match the corbel that allowed water to flow through. Looks seamless from the road now and water flowing great Another example of thinking beyond the usual and leveraging additive manufacturing!

Business Leaders and Manufacturers!
As we continue exploring the innovative world of 3D printing, we want to share some crucial design strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity in your businesses. Here's how we can help you harness the power of 3D printing:
Optimize for Material and Cost Efficiency: Select materials that balance cost, durability, and performance, tailored to your product's functional requirements. Emphasize designs that minimize material usage without sacrificing structural integrity, such as hollow or lattice structures.
Design for Manufacturing Simplicity: Streamline your design for easy printing, reducing the need for support structures and complex geometries. This approach minimizes printing time and post-processing, enhancing overall production efficiency.
Leverage the Flexibility of Rapid Prototyping: Use 3D printing for rapid prototyping to accelerate product development cycles. This allows for quick iterations and testing, reducing time to market and facilitating agile responses to market feedback.
Customization and Complexity as an Advantage: Exploit the ability of 3D printing to produce complex and customized designs at no additional manufacturing cost. This can be a game-changer for creating bespoke solutions or components tailored to specific industry needs.
Being able to implement these strategies in your manufacturing endeavors can revolutionize your production processes, offering a competitive edge in today's dynamic market.
If you have a project that could benefit from advanced manufacturing contact us today!
