In light of recent severe weather and on-going recovery efforts in the Gulf area, TexVoIP Communications has temporarily suspended metered data billing for users of our Wireless services in affected areas of Texas and Louisiana.
Because many of our customers rely on our Wireless-WAN failover as their Internet backup solution, and some individual subscribers are working hard to assist in the recovery process, we have suspended wireless metered billing beginning 26 August 2017. This billing suspension will continue through 15 September 2017.
We appreciate all of our customers and want to thank all of those dedicated folks who are working hard to deliver neighbors to safety. God bless all of you!
