Studying, interning, and working in the medical field I have seen many of 'us' get diagnosed with dietary linked diseases. These diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease can be reversed by our diets. If we keep it up our society will be ruined by the convenience of fast food. Cooking meals with me can be the first step to a more fulfilling lifestyle.
