Champs Express An early childhood fitness program that brings FUN and educational gym classes to preschools!

We are all about Tunnels and Cheese Wedges for these 2 weeks at Champs Express!

Lots of fun crawling through Tunnels.
And on the Cheese Wedge we will work on proper technique for somersaults, as well as work on our intro to handstands!

So much fun! See you in class! 🫡

As we have relaunched our FB page, we're going to be posting photos and descriptions of what the children are learning in class.
The children have been working on this curriculum set this week, and will continue into next week.
Our colorful balance turtles have definitely been the hit of the week!
In addition to balancing as they step from turtle to turtle, the children are working on their coordination and core strength while they swing through the parallel bars. They're also working on their stepping and hopping over the cones, as well as jumping over the jump rope attached to the big orange cones. The older children will utilize this rope for hand placement next week, working on their intro to cartwheels.

We have had so much fun in class this week, and we look forward to another great week with this curriculum next week.
