Our FINAL 4-week series starts this week! After this one we’ll reopen the studio as a drop-in space (more on that soon). 📍If you don’t have props, consider buying some online. 2 blocks, 2 blankets and a strap go a long way are are well worth the investment! Google “yoga blocks” “yoga blankets” and “yoga strap” to find what you’re looking for.
