Absolutely honored to document Hayley & Killians Kauai Elopement.
They chose to have their ceremony on Kauai’s lush north shore with 7 of their closest friends & family. It was such an intimate & beautiful ceremony led by Kahu Chuck. They really wanted a romantic day they could fully take in & be in the moment with each other. That is exactly what they got to experience. Feeling all the love after an incredible weekend filed with friends, feasting, music, dancing, flowers, sisterhood & sweet moments in nature. It sure was lots of work to make it all happen. It’s funny because when I was young 40 sounded so old. Now that I am here. My reframe is that actually 40 is the youngest old I will ever be. I am here for this journey of “growing up”. Wanted to let you all know that I’m on a 5 week break from my office…

Resuming shooting sessions on Kauai in October. Still have a few dates left for October- December & booking 2022.

This is my first trip off the islands in 20 moons. Since a Joshua tree / Tahoe trip with my love in January 2020. So excited to see some family & friends & have some time on the open road. Exploring new places & visiting familiar old stomping grounds. ✨🥰✨

So excited to create some beauty on the West Coast of BC to share with you here. If anyone wants to collaborate on a fun creative shoot while I’m in BC I brought some camera gear with me.✨

A little 🌸✨💗to brighten your feed on a Monday morning!!! There is nothing like really beautiful florals to make everything feel extra special. I am really into adding florals into a session to make it pop. Im all about a big bouquet, lei Po’o or filling your bath or house with flowers. Just over here feeling so full of gratitude for all my incredible couples this week who trusted me to document these precious moments.

This proposal was so much fun to help arrange as these two have been together for 12 years & their excitement to get engaged & married was so beautiful to witness. Thank you to the girls for having this delicious picnic all set up for them by the ocean for after the proposal!

Missing the ☀️& being able to go on carefree drives up to Kauai’s north shore. 🌧✨🌊🌈

For those that don’t know Kauai has been having a wet spring. We received a ton of rain the past few weeks that caused a big landslide on the Hanalei hill blocking off road access to the community that lives Hanalei & beyond. Crews are working on clearing the mud & debris. Luckily it looks like the road underneath all that earth is intact.

Many organizations have banded together with community led efforts to boat needed supplies across the Hanalei river to support those living on the other side. One organization that you can donate to is they have a non profit donation page & you can also donate csa boxes(fresh food) to families in need.
