Small shopping center in middle of Kapa'a, Kaua'i, site of Roxy Theater built in 1931. It was the largest theater in the islands then, 1,000+ seats.
You can rent bikes for the nearby bike trail at Eastside Cruisers, find real estate at Century 21, get your back adjusted at the chiropractor, buy an unusual hand-made glass piece (Glass Shack).If you need a trailer for your bikes or bringing hay to your barn, plenty to choose from. Beautiful building in old-style architecture, right in middle of Old Kapa'a Town. Look for the seaside treasures shop in the small shop in the parking lot and soooooon: cupcakes!

This Hawaiian history plaque was just placed at Roxy Square in Kapaa, Kauai. The journey north by Polynesians over more than a thousand years ago is described along with their navigation techniques.
Did you see the nice Hawaiian History plaque just put up at Roxy Square? Tells how the islands became settled long before Capt. Cook arrived.
