Kapaa Public Library
Kapaa Public Library serves the most populated area on the island (from the Wailua Bridge to Moloaa). The library opened its doors on March 12, 1955.
We are located just off Kuhio Highway, next to the Kapaa Beach Park, overlooking the sea. This page is a personal site that does not promote or present itself as endorsed by the Hawaii State Public Library System in any way.
