Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities leagues from around the United States and Canada announced for the Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) leagues from around the United States and Canada that will participate in the fourth annual Jr. RBI Classic, the friendly, round-robin tournament, have been announced by Major League Baseball.
