What is a loofah washcloth?
Loofah is a visitor from the plant world, and in no way a sea creature. The loofah plant is a close relative of the cucumber. Although it looks more like zucchini. The peculiarity of loofah fruits is strong fibers, which serve as a washcloth after processing and drying the fruits.

What to do with loofah?
Loofah is a plant whose fruit visually resembles a zucchini or a large cucumber. If it is dried and cleaned, you can get a natural washcloth that is compostable and completely biodegradable

When does loofah sit?
Sow at the end of February. Before planting, it is recommended to warm the seeds in the sun or on batteries at a temperature of about 40C for a week. When sprouts emerge from the seeds, I transplant them into cups.

They are considered vegetables and used for stewing and making soups. The bitter pulp gives dishes an unusual piquant taste. Local chefs in Thailand and China stuff loofah, fry it, stew it, cook various porridges from it, and even add it to pilaf.
