Originally built in 1914, the Sentinel Federal Savings Building stands within the East Ninth Street–Grand Boulevard Historic District and was designed by renowned architect Frederick Gunn. This timeless structure is now being thoughtfully rehabilitated into a boutique mixed-use building that honors its rich architectural legacy while creating new opportunities for downtown living and commerce.
