Run Kannapolis: Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in the Run Kannapolis series featuring the best 5K runs/walks in the city. Each run is held in Kannapolis and most runs include a one-mile fun run and Strides for Stroke will include a new 10K option. J

This year’s series features eight races — including returning favorites and a new race, the Towel City Tavern 5K. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to join the fun, with most races also offering a one-mile fun run.
Even better? Proceeds support local nonprofits, and if you complete all eight races you could earn unique prizes from the City of Kannapolis.

Check out S**g Dancing at the Swanee Theatre!
S**g Dancing classes will begin soon, don't miss your chance to sign up!
Both beginner and intermediate-level classes are being offered.
The Beginner classes will take place on Wednesdays from 6 - 7 p.m. beginning March 12. You will learn something new about the basics of s**g dancing at each class. The class fees are $50/person for all 4 lessons.
