Must live in Kankakee County. Must be over the age of 18. Must be creative and artistic. Must be willing to be the subject.
I will be deciding the winner on May 28th.
What do you have to do??
Search away for the most creative idea for a portrait, and provide a photo or representation of the idea in the comments below.
Do not be afraid to pick things dealing with paint, water or anything messy!
