2024 Southland Conference champions.

KAYS WIN. KAYS WIN!! Kays win regional semifinal game over Streator by a final of 3-0. Clay Gadbois throws a no hitter. 1 walk and 13 strikeouts to earn the victory. LOOK AT HIM!! Gadbois also had 2 hits , including a huge 2 out rbi base hit . Nate Webber set the tone starting the bottom of the first with a base hit and scoring on Gadbois single. Byron Wills had 2 big hits. Kyree Sykes had a big play on the base paths in the bottom of 6 and Bryce Deany executed a key sacrifice bunt and made a nice play at SS defensively. Kays will be in the regional championship this Saturday in Pontiac. Game time is 11 am vs the Hilltoppers of Joliet Catholic.

Post season action starts tomorrow. Your Kankakee Kays are at home for a regional semifinal matchup against the Streator Bulldogs. First pitch is 4:30pm at Kays Stadium. Show up like Kankakee can and be loud.
