Brand new Truss package for a 38x40 building.
Trusses were manufactured with a roof pitch different than what was spec'd
We had new ones manufactured and installed
Currently located in bigfork, but delivery within the valley is available. Possibly further
These allow living space above the garage as depicted in the rendition
Prints are available to match as well.
Nothing wrong with these at all
Installation/construction is possible if desired.
Paid around 30k for them
