Our Log Homestead

I read today: we’re not waiting on God…He’s waiting on our obedience.
And I haven’t stopped thinking about it.

May everything we do be a reflection of Him.
In our homes.
In our relationships.
In the quiet everyday moments.

May our lives honor Him,
and may people see Him through us.

Making changes in my life each day to be a better reflection of Him.

I’ll hopefully get back to more of my teaching content soon.
Right now my family is walking through a pretty massive life shift, and I have a feeling this space may be shifting a little too.

Grateful you’re here through it all.

A year can change so much.

This time last year I was planning another busy homestead season! starting seeds, hatching chicks & ducks, dreaming about everything we’d grow & harvest.

But behind the scenes I was drained emotionally & praying for change, even though I had no idea what that would look like.

Now I’m packing boxes and preparing for a completely different chapter.

God didn’t answer my prayers the way I imagined…but I’ve never lost sight in knowing that His plans are better than the ones we hold onto.

Sometimes faith looks like trusting the path you didn’t expect.

Can’t wait to share my new little homestead with you all!🤍🙏🏻
