Kalispell HEART Program

What an incredible school year we had! 💗 25/26 was a huge success, and we are already busy planning and envisioning for 26/27! Thank you Flathead Valley, we couldn’t do it without you! Keep your eye peeled for summer community resources - and have a great summer!

Our LAST Open Hours of the 25/26 school year is tomorrow (Sat June 6th) from 8:30-11:30 am. We are stocked up and ready to welcome you! A terrific Tuesday with this group of volunteers from the Marsh McLennan Insurance Agency ! They built shelves and moved a lot of stuff - and we are so grateful!

And he’s off! One of our students that we were able to support has finished his course work at LEC and is off to his next great adventure! He made sure to stop by and thank our program for the help💗 These are the moment that make this job awesome!

Tomorrow Saturday May 2nd is our Open Hours at Elrod! Come and get some new looks for summer and stock up on food! We would love to see you there 8:30-11:30!

Some of the Heart teens and I are in Helena for the Jobs for Montana Ignite conference and we are having a great time! We have toured worksites, played games and even relaxed a little bit at the Hot springs (a first for some of them!)

Many of the young adults I work with have come from families who have been just trying to survive for years. They’ve often missed out on school field trips, learning life skills, and just having fun like their peers. For the last few years these trips have been a highlight for me and them !
