Small color change, big curb appeal! This home in the Village Greens community got a nice upgrade from the faded stained shake on the street side and bleached paint on the south and west elevations. Oh, and the soffit… the original paint job (not by us) missed entire sections of soffit and fascia due to the trim color being a close match to the primed LP. We repaired some golf ball dents and a lot of cracked caulk, laid on two coats of Sherwin-Williams superpaint, and closed this one out.
Ah, the perks of being a flathead valley contractor…
