EVERYONE has the right to exercise, strength, movement. Come get strong with me! I offer in-person Starting Strength Model Strength Training, Small group classes, Nutrition recommendations, Conditioning, and online Programming. I am a Starting Strength Certified Coach, Nutrition and Conditioning Junky, and Homeschooling Mom of 4 (with a 5th on the way). Strength is Universal, come get strong with me!
I haven’t stopped lifting!!! I’m down to 177lbs, my strength took a little hit, but I’m still pretty strong comparatively. I am lifting weights that I only wished I could last time I weighed this little ( over a decade ago).
Squats: 296x3

My squats have held pretty steady, all the other lifts really felt the mass change. I’m still happy with it all though!
I still lift! I have been focusing on leaning out since mid-September. That means my strength has taken a little bit of a hit, My deadlift has taken the biggest hit and that isn’t my favorite. But, I have recently (the last two days) decided I am okay with that for right now. I want to see if I can get down to 180 and stil triple it. 8lbs to go.

When I became a coach, 11 years ago now, I didn’t know how important strength would become in my life. I knew I liked being strong. I knew I liked helping others get strong. But I didn’t know just how much getting others stronger would enrich my life, with friends, teammates, and experiences. Watching the strong people I have coached over the years overcome all types of obstacles has taught ME so much.

The ladies are BACK! Last strength block of 2025 off and running with 6 of our 7 strong, strong ladies. The numbers keep climbing because they keep coming back.
I know I haven't posted much of my own lifting lately. I'm still plugging away every day. Jiu jitsu, lifting, conditioning, coaching, teaching, etc. Day in and day out. That show the changes are made.
