Our biggest takeaway from the CrossFit Games? CrossFit WORKS. In San Jose, we were surrounded by fit & healthy people from all around the world who believe in - and practice - the methodology daily. The Plimptons get it… this incredible family has been dropping in almost daily while on vacation. Even today, AFTER a hike, they attended class, showing us why fitness matters, no matter where you are, no excuses. Thanks for joining, Plimpton crew, and keep climbing!
