🚨COMMUNITY NOTICE🚨

Consumers Energy has announced that its Direct Payment Office at 2500 E. Cork Street will close on July 1, 2026.

Customers who currently pay their bills at this location are encouraged to explore alternative payment options, including online payments and in-person payments at partner locations. Consumers Energy reports that there are seven partner payment locations within 10 miles of the Kalamazoo office. You can click the link below to explore the each location.

Customers who use the Direct Payment Office will begin receiving notices with additional information about the transition.

Please help us share this information with neighbors, friends, and family members who may be affected by this change.

Reminder for veterans and their families! 💛 Veteran 1st office hours are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. Stop by for support, resources, and one-on-one assistance in a welcoming environment.
