🇿🇦Today we celebrate Juneteenth 🇺🇸a special day that honors freedom and Black American history.

❓What is it:Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when enslaved people in Texas finally learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
❓Why it matters: It’s a reminder that freedom and equality are promises we must keep working toward every day.
❓How people celebrate: gatherings with family and friends, community events, music, food, storytelling, and sharing new knowledge about Black history.
❓What you can do: learn a little more about the history, support Black creators and businesses, and listen to diverse perspectives.

Let’s use this day to honor resilience, reflect on progress, and commit to a more just future for all.
