Rocket Star Cafe
Rocketstar is dead. Long live Rocketstar. Rocketstar was a coffee house. It had a pool table, old couches, video games, and smoking in the back.
There was a makeout closet, a Twin Peaks dream room, and some sweet barstools. Your friends were there sometimes. Sometimes you just hung out. Some awesome bands played at Rocketstar through the years, including:
Saturday looks Good to me, PAS/CAL, Damien Jurado, Bear vs. Shark, M Sord, Thunder Birds Are Now!, Chiodos, Anathallo, Japanther, Nomo, The Death Set, Meneguar, Books on Tape, Captain Aha
Everyone is wearing bandanas again 24/7.
Next they’ll be adding AA hoodies and start rolling their own cigs...
