Heart Center offers a unique movement class that intertwines Yoga, fascial stretching and Pilates techniques to support all bodies. If you are just starting out on your movement journey that's fantastic! All are welcome.

Join Heart Center Sunday January 25th for our next Yoga Nidra experience. We will be practicing breathing and meditative techniques helping us to connect with our bodies, followed by a gentle sound experience. Give yourself the gift of relaxation to finish out the month!

We are headed back to Asylum Lake Preserve to wander about outside!
There may be fewer plants to talk bout at this time of year, but it's still great to get outside for our mental health. Join us on Saturday, January 17th at 10:30. We will meet in the Drake Rd. parking lot. Please dress for the weather!
