When spending time outdoors, be sure to wear sunscreen and protective clothing, take plenty of rest breaks, and drink lots of water. Limit time outdoors, especially during peak sunny hours. Luckily the Kalamazoo area has plenty of fun options to help beat the heat! What's your favorite way to stay cool when the temperature goes up?
