A good life!

Just landed on our private island. Looking forward to 'lobstering', as it is lobster season in the Bahamas 🇧🇸; searching for conch on the 'flats'; snorkeling in the crystal blue waters of Turtle 🐢 Bay to watch the magnificent sea turtles; power walking on the secluded beaches; and of course working out with the motivation of the amazing view and tranquility! It's it too often one gets a full body workout which includes entertainment! Paddle boarding in Turtle Bay🐢 using arms and back to move the board, core and legs for balance and observing the sea turtles frolicking below, in the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas!

I like changing my grip while rowing, from over-hand to under-hand. Switching to a under-hand grip not only works your back, but it's a huge bicep 💪 workout. LOVE this piece of equipment!!

Afternoon smoothie break! This recipe contains Spirulina, a plant based superfood which I have recently included in my diet! :
- 1 frozen banana 🍌
-1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
-1/2 teaspoon naturally blue spirulina
-1/2 cup natural yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a blender top of the bed or yogurt and blueberries (optional).
