Recovery Talk โผ๏ธ Our goal here is to activate the tissue and increase blood flow while improving strength and mobility in those end-range positions. Dropping into the lunge creates a deep stretch through the hip flexor, while also helping the body build strength and tolerate more tension in those deeper ranges. How's your recovery routine ?

Unsupported SA Chest Press ๐ช๐ผ
Start on your back with your feet unsupported in the air while pressing the DB with one arm.
The goal here is to maintain core stability throughout the movement. Focus on keeping your back flat and avoid rocking side to side. Stay controlled and create a strong, stable base with each rep.
Great exercise to challenge the core while building upper body strength at the same time.
