I am writing this email to let you know how thankful and grateful I am to have David Magee as my agent for my house hunting experience in Florida.

I am currently leaving in San Diego, Ca and was concerned about being able to find a house that has all the strict criteria’s that I asked David to look for.

I was in contact with David for about 2 months before I finally had the chance to go to Florida for a week in August with the determination of finding a house & make the offer..It was my goal.

David & I went thru over 20 homes on line back & forth for 2 months; However, besides my persistence and determination that I had to find homes to do walk thru within 1 week in August, David made the buying of a home & cumbersome experience very simple and no so stressful.

Thanks to David we were able to narrow down to 5 homes. We did the walk thru in August with the 1st two homes that had all the criteria’s that I needed for my house & more. The other homes were nice but out of my criteria.

Well, I am happy to say that I am the proud owner of a beautiful, 1 level 2 car garage home with all the above items criteria’s and a lot more.

I am now moving into my new beautiful home by October 19th and up to this date David is still in contact with me and I am very grateful, blessed and glad that I found one of your agents “David” that understand what customer satisfaction, understanding of my criteria’s and even more I did not want to spend too much money.
