Literally started from the bottom in his hometown of Montgomery, AL working for more than a decade as a land surveyor and worked his way up to becoming a multi-millionaire. When he and his wife finally hit the jackpot in their network marketing business he knew they needed to invest but wasn't sure where or how. After losing 36k in the stock market, he realized that he needed something that he had more control over. He dove in and started learning everything that he could about investing in single-family rental properties. In just 12 months, he went from zero to twelve properties, assembled a team, and created a system that will help him scale to 100 properties and beyond.
