Dear RC Family,

Today, we remember the cross.

What looked like loss was actually a turning point. What felt like silence was not the absence of God, it was the unfolding of His plan.

Good Friday reminds us that something had to die so something new could live. At the cross, Jesus didn’t just suffer; He broke the power of sin, shame, and everything that once held us captive.

For those of us in recovery, we know this truth. Real change begins with surrender. Old things have to go so new life can begin.

But the story doesn’t end there.

The grave could not hold Him. What was buried did not stay buried. And because He lives, we have more than forgiveness; we have freedom. We have a new life that is no longer defined by our past.

This is the movement from death to victory.

Today, we reflect. Sunday we celebrate.

He is risen. He is risen indeed. 🙌
