Today I had the honor of visiting our nation’s capital. Visiting the WW2 memorial and watching the parade was a reminder of all the brave people who sacrificed their lives for our freedoms. May we never take that for granted.

Had the honor of checking this one week old baby boy today! This little one was born quickly and mom noticed that his little body was tense and his head was pulling to the right. We always check the top of the neck for subluxation (rotation) and use very gentle fingertip pressure to bring the bone back to its normal position. Moms notice a difference right away with better latch, less tension throughout and less fussiness. We take care of all ages but this is the favorite part of our day! 🙏🏻🩵

We were so happy to see this sweet mom for her first postpartum visit! Dr. Helia also gave the little one his first chiropractic checkup to make sure he is thriving from the start! ✨🩵
