16 month old landscaping, and I am still trying to figure it out. Challenging and time consuming! Upside: I spend so much time in the yard gardening, I am getting my needed daily dose of vitamin D!

Plants/flowers need to be flood tolerant, drought tolerant, and like strong sun. The need to tolerate strong winds, high humidity, and high temperatures. And, it is important to not plant what all the critters like to eat, especially the rabbits!

3757 Tracy Street Los Feliz California. Our first flip! We listed it for sale the very week of LA's first 2.5 month lockdown, where it was illegal to show homes. Timing is everything!

We are in for the home stretch! The roof is on (no more worrying about the rain!). Drywall is almost complete. Stucco is nearly complete as well. Tile, wood floors, siding, and interior painting start next week.
