Meet Pricila Vizcaíno Roel, Home Training Coordinator and Director of Education at Center for Brain.

Pricila provides guidance and oversight to clients who are using neurofeedback equipment at home. She also organizes the in-person and remote courses offered to professionals who want to learn neurofeedback or enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.

She became involved in neurofeedback after her son Cesar was diagnosed at age four with severe ADHD and a sensory processing disorder alongside visual and auditory processing difficulties. Unable to find help from numerous doctors and therapists, she began seeking alternatives and learned about neurofeedback.

After Pricila began training Cesar at home, his attention and sleep improved immediately. With time, he gained more self-control, tolerated frustration better and his school performance improved. Today he is a successful high school student.

Meet Michael “Mike” Cohen, QEEG-D, Founder & Clinical Consultant at Center for Brain.

Since 1996, Mike has devoted his career to researching the brain, neurofeedback, and human behavior across multiple disciplines.

He has specialized in applied psychophysiology and EEG biofeedback since 1996 and qEEG brain mapping since 2001.

Throughout his career, he has taught neurofeedback courses to more than 2,500 physicians, psychologists, and therapists throughout North America and around the world.

Mike is also the author of Neurofeedback 101: Rewiring the Brain for Anxiety, ADHD, Depression & Beyond (without medication) and The Mind Rewired (2025), a collection of real-life neurofeedback stories.
