the deepest intention of our space is to offer our community a place to peel back the layers and be present with what is living beneath the surface. to connect. to soften into a deeper arriving. to heal. to smile. to cry. to remember. to honor the full spectrum of this wild human journey. ultimately…to come home.

if you’re looking for a home for your practice where the intention is a little less about standing on your head and more about landing in your heart…hi ♥️

the yin was yinning in the kula cave at tonight’s unwind practice….🪶 such a gift beyond words to share the practice of presence. we delved into the classical yoga limb of pratyahara - the internalization of awareness. going inside to feel the tones, tenors, and textures that deeply attuned awareness avails us to. each shape a vessel for exploration and excavation. yoga is such beautiful medicine 🤍

🫶 MEET CRESSA 🫶 Annnnd her new class STRONG VINYASA on Sundays at 5:30pm starting this weekend!!

We are elated to welcome such a bright & vibrant soul into our teacher family ☀️ Cressa embodies such genuine kindness in her spirit. We are so excited to add another strong vinyasa practice to our schedule knowing it’s in the hands of a human who brings uplifting and creative energy to her expression of yoga. Welcome aboard Cressa!!

In her own words…

As a Jupiter local, I found yoga at 15 years old when I walked into Kula Yoga Shala for the first time. What began as a physical practice quickly became a way of coming home to myself. The sense of community, presence, and peace I found on my mat has shaped the way I move through life ever since.

After completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020, I continued teaching throughout college before returning home to the community that first inspired me. Today, I love creating classes that feel equal parts grounding and playful—where movement, music, breath, and creativity come together.

My intention is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself. Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, we’ll slow down, step into the present moment, and remember that yoga doesn’t end when class is over. It’s a practice you can carry into your everyday life.

Whether you come to sweat, laugh, breathe, or simply reset, I hope you leave feeling lighter, more grateful, and a little more like yourself.

☀️ MEET MERI….and her NEW CLASS!! ☀️Join us in extending a warm welcome to Meri Consor sunveda wellness who will be guiding a Traditional Hatha practice on Wednesdays at 9am starting this week 🤩

Meri is a seasoned teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner bringing over 20 years of teaching experience to our community. Those who know Meri already know what a beautiful soul she is, bringing wisdom, kindness, lightness, and groundedness to the spaces she touches.

Meri is also a co-founder of Celestial Wellness in Juno Beach, whose building was recently purchased by the town of Juno leading to this transition in her yogic journey. We would be remiss not to welcome Meri without acknowledging the huge contribution she has made over the years through her studio as well. We are honored to have you here Meri!

In her own words…

My Yoga journey began unexpectedly in 2002, when a friend persuaded me to attend my first yoga class at a gym. Little did I know then that it would be a life-changing event.

My first exposure was to the Sivananda lineage at the Yoga and Inner Peace studio. Feeling an immediate connection, I decided to dive deeper by taking the teacher training program to learn more, with no intention of teaching - famous last words for many yoga teachers!

I completed my 200-hour YTT in 2005, and as a new teacher, it was required that I teach a class. I haven’t stopped teaching since that day! Since then, as an E-RYT 500, I have completed thousands of hours of additional training, including Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Trauma-Informed yoga, Kids’ Yoga, and many specialized workshops.

In 2021, I became an Ayurvedic Practitioner and opened Sunveda Wellness. I integrate Yoga, Ayurveda, pranayama, and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) in my teaching and private client work.

For me, teaching yoga is an immense privilege, and I feel blessed to share what I love. My classes are a conglomerate of all that I have studied and the gems from all the wonderful teachers I have encountered along the way. To make these ancient practices universally accessible and relatable is my mission, as I believe that there is no one who cannot practice and benefit from yoga.

if you’ve been seeing this program but aren’t too sure exactly what it’s all about, this post offers a moment here to peel back the layers a bit…

most fundamentally this is an in-depth training designed to support you in meeting another in the space of their healing and growth ♥️ supporting you…in supporting them. that begins with our own capacity to meet ourselves there too.

the course weaves an intentionally designed tapestry through therapeutic frameworks, insight practices, embodiment facilitations, and the more subtle aspects of sharing the relational field with a fellow human being on their journey home to themselves.

we explore themes of revelation, excavation, regulation, integration, and transformation. not as a pre-packaged, linear process but as a constellation of human experience. we build our tool kit from a collaborative array of imago-based relational attunement, parts work, attachment theory, enneagram, and non-dual philosophy.

it is equal parts an invaluable invitation into self exploration and into the seat of coach. the seat of companion. the seat of the compassionate witness. not to solve. but to see. to support. to serve a beautiful intention of examining interiority and empowering exteriority.

if this sparks a curiosity within you to learn more, message us and we’ll schedule a time to explore a bit deeper with you 🙏🏼
