Follow LIVE EXPEDITION of and on their next challenge through www.IceLegacy.org that will offer you a rare glimpse into the frontlines of exploration. The two renowned explorers, with a shared commitment to preserving the world’s largest glaciers, document their journeys through extreme and untouched landscapes to raise awareness about the impacts of climate change.

NEXT WEEK there will be regular updates on their progress on Juneau Icefield, and in-depth insights into the challenges they face in this fragile ecosystem.

The website will feature real-time expedition audio logs, detailing their daily navigation across glaciers and technical challenges such as crevasse crossings, unpredictable weather, and ice formations.

🔜 UPCOMING EXPEDITION : & will soon be in Alaska to ski across Juneau. The project will start this September 2024.

The massive Juneau icefield is located in the Coast Mountains, straddling the border between Alaska and British Columbia. It covers approximately 3,900 km², making it one of the largest icefields in the Western Hemisphere outside of the polar regions. The icefield feeds over 40 large glaciers, including the Mendenhall, Taku, and Herbert Glaciers.

This expedition will be part of the . The idea is to cross the 20 largest icecaps on earth. The purpose of this ongoing project is to question our impact on glaciers recession.
