ABORTION IS HEALTHCARE!!! RESTORE ROE!!!

Equal Justice Under Law is carved on the front of the United States Supreme Court. However, we know that equal justice to our supreme court is for everyone except women and their rights to bodily autonomy.

It has been 4 years since the Dobbs decision/ the overturn of Roe v Wade. Women's reproductive have continued to be attacked. Since the overturn many states have enacted partial or total abortion bans. This year we saw the national attempts (failed for now) to ban access to mifepristone. While Alaskans still have the right to abortion, there is currently a ban on telehealth abortion services throughout the state. Recently on June 11th 2026 Planned Parenthood Planned Parenthood GNHAIK brought a lawsuit challenging that ban.

The Juneau Pro Choice Coalition will continue to do our part to fight for women's rights here in Alaska. We hope to see a day that Roe is restored and women across the country are free from politics in their uterus.
