February brought some interesting weather here in Kansas! ❄️🌧️☀️ From snow and sleet to 70+ degree days, it definitely kept us on our toes. Whether the groundhog was right or not, we’re starting to feel the seasonal shift as February wraps up and March begins—and it seems like the real estate market is starting to wake up too! 🌷🏡

We are looking for an Escrow Assistant to add to our team!
Location: Junction City, KS
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, HSA, 401K & 401K company match and performance bonuses!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the title and escrow industry? We’re looking for a motivated Escrow Assistant to join our growing team! At Collaborative Title, we’re proud to provide outstanding service to our clients while offering a supportive, team-focused work environment where you can learn and develop your skills.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Some experience in escrow, title, real estate, or a related administrative role (training provided)
2. Basic understanding of escrow and closing documents such as contracts, payoff statements, and Closing Disclosures, or a willingness to learn
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
4. Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills with clients and team members
5. Comfort working with computers and willingness to learn escrow/title software (SoftPro experience a plus, but not required)

🥶 Brrrr! January brought some serious cold to Kansas, but that didn’t stop us from getting deals to the finish line! ❄️🏡 We were proud to help several buyers and sellers successfully close—despite the frigid temps.
