We’re sorry there was some confusion. Our store is an independently owned shippingcenter that works with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the U.S. Postal Service. Because we are not a corporate UPS Store location, we are not part of the contract between Amazon and UPS that allows certain stores to scan Amazon QR return codes and provide free packaging.Those locations are supplied and reimbursed for the packaging, labels, and processing through that agreement. Independent shipping centers like ours do not have access to that system and cannot process those QR codes.We are always happy to help customers complete their return by printing the label and providing packaging if needed, which is why we offer inexpensive recycled boxes and label printing as a service. Our goal is to help every customer find a solution while also operating fairly as a small, locally owned business. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this and thank our community for continuing to support local businesses.
