City of Joliet officials stopped by the Three Rivers board meeting today to sign the first of it's kind PLA with us and the Will & Grundy Counties Building Trades. This agreement will cover the upcoming water line project in our area. Thanks to Mayor Terry D'arcy, City Manager Beth Beatty, Clerk Lauren O'Hara and the whole City Council!

2024 Rehab Project. Done! Thanks to Flynn fence for the final touches! Glad that our group got this done for the Museum folks. This is an interesting piece of history. Thanks to ALL the Unions/Contractors that came together to get this project done! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

2024 Rehab Project! Part 9, yesterday! Project is almost done. The concrete pour! Big thanks to Matt Marketti and Eric Zola at P..T. Ferro Asphalt Corp for sending their A Team over to frame & pour the concrete. Great crew who worked well together made the project look easy! Cement Finishers Local 11 had Tony Frescura & Clayton Brown come to work with the Ferro boys!

2024 Rehab Project! Part 8, last couple weeks ... Cosgrove Construction gets to work on the interior. Elens & Maichin Roofing gets the gutters installed. Big thanks to Glaziers Local 27 who installed & caulked the windows (like 400!) More to come tomorrow!

2024 Rehab Project! Part 7, this week ... Exterior close to done! Roofers Local 11 finishes up the canopies. Cosgrove Construction gets pressure washing & painting done on exterior plus preps for interior. More to come soon!
