🚌 Shuttle buses regularly leave the Watertown High School. We encourage you to take the shuttle.
🚗 Very limited parking is available at the farm, but will be weather dependent. Handicap parking is available at the farm.

Join the Watertown Agri‑Business Club for their annual Dairy Breakfast on Father’s Day Weekend, Saturday & Sunday, June 20–21, 2026, serving 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM each day!
🍽 Breakfast includes: pancakes, eggs, sausage, cheese, and milk
💛 Proceeds from the breakfast and raffle support local youth scholarships and community projects—the club’s only fundraiser of the year

The McFarland & Bender Families at McFarlandale Dairy, located just west of Watertown. A big thank‑you to the families for sharing their farm!

Big news at Aztalan Bio — rail service has officially returned! 🚂
We want to extend a huge thank you to Union Pacific Railroad for all their hard work in getting our rail infrastructure back into working order. Their partnership and commitment helped make this possible, and we are excited for what this means for the future of our facility and community.
As we move forward, Aztalan Bio will be utilizing outbound rail transportation for high value co-products, including Dry Distillers Grains (DDG). At the same time, our commitment to supporting local farmers and customers remains unchanged:
✅ We will continue to BUY only local grain delivered by truck
✅ We will continue to LOAD co-products by truck
✅ We will continue to SELL ethanol locally
This is an exciting step toward continued growth, stronger operations, and expanded opportunities for the future. We are proud to maintain a strong community presence while also looking ahead to future rail improvements, enhanced feed loadout capabilities, and long-term growth for Aztalan Bio.
The future is moving forward — and now, so are the rails. 🚂🌽

Today may be April Fools, but at Aztalan Bio we take safety seriously every single day. During Stand Up 4 Grain Safety Week our team isn’t fooling around when it comes to protecting one another.
Safety at our facility is a shared responsibility. Every day we work alongside our employees, truck drivers, and the farmers who deliver grain, and it takes all of us staying alert and looking out for one another to keep everyone safe.
Our motto says it best:
