Podium 🥉 at Smoky Mountain Speedway

First night out in our car with our crate motor went well overall! We didn’t test or turn a single lap before last night so a 3rd place finish was a great start! We didn’t have any major issues with the car and no damage! We made a few minor adjustments and learned what we need to do for the next time!

We don’t have a definitive schedule still but it’s possible we will be back at Smoky in a few weeks if we still don’t have our steel head motor yet.

It’s race day at Smoky Mountain Speedway for our TNT Race Cars #83. Prime Wraps got “Fancy” all decked out and ready for the season!

We put our crate motor in for tonight and will run a few races with it but we are excited to announce a new partnership with Straub Technologies and we are awaiting our Steel Block / Topless Outlaw Dirt Racing Series motor 🤙🏻

Charlotte Recap

If the picture below doesn’t give you enough info then I don’t know what to tell ya 😂

I’m not sure how that mud clod didn’t tear up more than it did but we fought tore up parts every time we hit the track but ended up finishing 10th in the LK Motorsports #83 Modified.

The Chris Chandler TNT Race Cars #8 battled motor issues and torn up parts all weekend as well.

We have decided we have had our fix of Charlotte for a while and we are heading to Clarksville Speedway this Saturday with the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series instead.

We want to say thank you to everyone who helped support us this weekend and offered us the opportunity to race their cars. We hate we didn’t get better finishes for you guys but we enjoyed the time with you guys!

The Dirt Track at Charlotte 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙙𝙪𝙩𝙮 🤙🏻

Jensen is in Charlotte this weekend driving for some customers/friends. He will pilot the #8 Chris Chandler owned TNT Race Cars in the crate division.

He will also hop into a modified for the first time. He will be behind the LK Motorsports Terror Race Cars #83.

We appreciate everyone involved reaching out for the opportunity and can’t wait to hit the track!

Today we mourn the loss of an East TN Icon. If you attended any east TN tracks then you knew “Big Rick.” Early in my career when Rick worked at Tazewell he would approach me anytime he ran into me at Bulls Gap and tell me he always had his eye on me and really pushed for me to race Taz for the first time. He actually did the same thing when he made the move to work at 411 as well. I did finally step out of my comfort zone thanks to his gentle nudge and had success at both tracks.

Rick really became more of a friend during my time with the McCarter Family. He was always coming around and giving me a hard time about something. He was a huge supporter of mine and a great friend. He helped excel racing in East TN to where it is now and im truly grateful.

Rick you will be missed ❤️
