The transformation has officially begun. Dirt is moving, the driveway is cut in, and the water line is going in. It’s amazing how quickly an empty piece of land starts looking like the future home it’s meant to be. We can’t wait to share what’s next! 🏡🚜
Don’t get us wrong—we absolutely love building custom homes. But there’s something special about getting back to our roots. A few years ago, custom Trex and TimberTech decks were our bread and butter, so it’s exciting to combine both passions on this beautiful new build.
This project truly offers the best of both worlds: a stunning custom home paired with an incredible outdoor living space. The rooftop deck will be the perfect place to unwind under the stars, take in the peaceful country views, and enjoy a little quiet at the end of the day. And thanks to a fully waterproofed deck system, the lower level will stay dry and comfortable no matter the weather.
We can already picture family gatherings, weekend cookouts, and countless memories being made in this space. It’s projects like these that remind us why we love what we do—creating places where families can enjoy life, both inside and out. 🏡✨

This beautiful new build in Jonesborough is moving right along!
We are officially ready for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rough ins. Framing is up, progress is moving along well, and it’s exciting seeing everything start to take shape.
Can’t wait to watch this one come to life! 🔨👏

Several of y’all have asked for progress pictures lately so tonight we have a beautiful one to show off!
We added a Trex deck, roof, and one of the most stunning fireplaces to date.
New builds have become our priority but it’s always nice to squeeze in a project of this size here and there. Trex is absolutely the way to go!
