Latest project.... converting an open dump truck to a covered chip truck. I made the top, cut vents into it, chopped the back doors shorter, and added to boxes to the sides. I'm most proud of the heavy duty hinges. I couldn't find hinges that where heavy duty enough so I designed my own. They are available for sale if need hinges.

Just finishing up fixing the grapple claw. Straightened out as much of the bent steel as I could, and welded supports on everything that could bend. 6 new hydraulic hoses and a lot of welds will guarantee another 7 years of service.

Log grapple truck today.... the log claw has a few issues that need to be addressed. It's slowly trying to pull itself apart, weld by weld.

Loadstar build Pt 5 - "The Trip" After months of no new videos , I finally have another truck build video for you all. It's been a busy couple months for me but I made a 2800 mile round trip...

Well, cats out of the bag now! I got a nice cab for the loadstar project build. I met Silas from Adventures Made From Scratch, who hooked me up with this gem. I have to say, this guy is great. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to meet him, and his little town, Hutchinson, is a great place to visit! Now for the trek home. I even made Silas a custom cut out with his name and crusher.

It's been a while since I posted, but I just made it to Hutchinson, KS to pick up something for the loadstar truck build! I'm meeting Silas from Adventures Made From Scratch to pick it up. Stay tuned for a road trip video and updates on the build
