Summer heat has nothing on us!!
We've braved 6 years of heat out in the garage. We've learned to modify and how to do all the things through a hot sticky Oklahoma summer, which seems to last forever!
And we've now got a heater and air conditioner in the garage. I mean to tell you, it feels like we've hit the lottery!
I mean we figured it out after we watch the video. But it was kind of hilarious that we thought our booties were hiding behind that foam block🤣.
Functional fitness!
That's what most of our garage classes are geared towards.
We want to be able to live our daily lives to the fullest to our extent.
Lifting weights is a great way to do that.
And yes, Sue is lifting heavy weights (she's so strong!), but that's not where she started.
The beautiful thing about the garage is we meet you where you are and travel to journey together... Getting stronger each time!

February Garage Gang Get-together!
We had delicious food (which is almost always a requirement) and painted the most fun paintings in February. We had a great teacher! And it was just such a fun time to sit back and do something creative with each other.

Everyone showed up to class in the same beautiful color palette. So you know that meant we had to take a picture!
I love snapping pictures of people getting ready for photos. It always makes me smile:)
