Port Sheldon Auto is looking for a professional automotive service writer/advisor to fill a full-time shop/office management position. Port Sheldon Auto services all makes, models, classics, customs, and performance vehicles in a friendly family run business setting. Looking for a full and possibly part-time long-term employees.

This position consults with service customers, prepares estimates, communicates repair and maintenance needed, and works closely with technicians.

Looking for a person to have an automotive background, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task on a daily basis. Should enjoy interacting and working with customers professionally and friendly.

-Work with up-to-date technology and equipment.

-Fasttrak shop management.

-Alldata Pro and Mitchell / Shopkey repair information.

-Repair and service all makes and models

-Be involved in the performance and classic car market

-Must have a good understanding of automotive service.

-ASE/state certification preferred.

-Participate in ongoing training and certification made available.

-Training and certification paid by PSA

-Work with up-to-date equipment.

-Alldata Pro, Identifix, IATN, and Mitchell / Shopkey repair information.

-Repair and service all makes and models

-Be part of the performance, muscle, and classic car market. (available/not required)
(working along with custom tuner and chassis dyno to build, repair and set up performance vehicles).

-Modern model performance...(available/not required)
(install and set up performance parts... superchargers, headers, camshafts, etc).

-Shop supplies, all shop equipment, and service tools supplied.

-Must have your own personal tools.

-ASE certification preferred. Must hold state certification.

-Work with a team that is always growing and learning.

-Participate in ongoing training and certification made available.

-Training and certification paid by PSA.
