King's Home Inspections

This was my view at the office today. Nothing like a Home Inspection right on Gun Lake on an 80 degree day. It took a little longer due to excellent weather conditions.

So I had an Inspection this morning and no babysitter to watch Abby, so she went on her first Home Inspection with Daddy. She was my flashlight holder and she done a great job. So now it is lunch time. You can’t do this in the Corporate world. We are having a blessed day.

My helper was able to go with me the other day to set up my Radon Tester a new part to my Home Inspections. Radon is a odorless colorless gas that causes Cancer. I will post an article soon about. This is something that my house had before buying it. It still does but with the mitigation that was done it goes outside instead of in the house.

Had my meeting with a Team of Realtors this morning and come to find out one of the Realtors that is working on getting his license was in my 3rd. Grade class when I volunteered in Res Kids at church. Small world. Anyways the meeting went well and both sides were pleased with the outcome.

Beautiful day to do a roof inspection. Does anyone need a roof inspection just let me know.
