Here are some more photos of the work being done this week through TASC at Faith United Reformed Church in Beecher! πŸ“ΈπŸ”¨πŸŒ±

A little mud couldn't stop these teens and sponsors! Some of the outdoor projects got a bit messy, but with perseverance and a great attitude, the work got done.

With rain in the forecast, it looks like tomorrow may bring more indoor projects, but the group is ready to serve wherever needed. Please continue to keep these teens, sponsors, and project leaders in your prayers for safety, strength, and opportunities to be a witness for Christ throughout the week.

It has been a great week so far, and as you can see from these photos, a tremendous amount has already been accomplished. We are thankful for the many people helping work alongside this group of young people.

Stay tuned for more photos and updates throughout the week! To learn more about TASC, visit rms.org/tasc.

Here are some more photos from yesterday's projects at TASC Beecher! πŸ“Έ

The teens and sponsors are already back to work today, serving the community and building relationships as they seek to be a witness for Christ through their actions. Please continue to keep them in your prayers throughout the week!

What a great week it has been so far. We are especially thankful for our host church, Faith United Reformed Church in Beecher, which is hosting TASC for the very first time. Host churches play a vital role in making TASC possible, and we are grateful for their willingness to open their doors, share their community, and partner with us in this ministry.

Would your church be interested in hosting or participating in a future TASC event?

Learn more at rms.org/tasc or rms.org/host-tasc. If you have questions, reach out to Steve at [email protected]. We'd love to talk with you about how your church can get involved!

Sundays at TASC are a sweet time of worship and fellowship with the host church, and the group in Beecher experienced plenty of both yesterday!

From worshiping together in the morning & evening, to enjoying a meal with members of the congregation, to spending the afternoon playing games and spending time together, the group has already gotten to know one another and their host church much better.

Another beautiful part of TASC is the evening prayer groups. These small groups provide an opportunity for students and sponsors to share the joys and struggles in their lives, reflect on the memories they are making during the week, and lift one another's needs before the Lord in prayer.

Today the work begins! Please keep these teens and sponsors in your prayers as they serve the community, build relationships, and seek to be a witness for Christ throughout the week.

Thirty-one teens from six different churches, along with their sponsors, arrived in Beecher, Illinois today for TASC at Faith United Reformed Church!

They spent this evening getting to know one another and building new friendships. Icebreaker games and plenty of good food were highlights of the evening, helping everyone get acquainted and start the week off on the right foot.

Tomorrow, they will enjoy a day of rest, worshiping with the saints in Beecher, many of whom they will get to know much better throughout the coming week.

Pray that God would use this week to strengthen their faith, deepen their love for one another, and provide many opportunities to serve in Christ's name.

TASC in Ripon is wrapping up this morning as the teens and sponsors begin their journeys home.

One of the groups we are especially thankful for each week is the team of volunteers who faithfully prepare meals for everyone. Here are a few photos from yesterday of the crew making pancakes for our TASCers. Their service behind the scenes helps make the week possible!

One of the many joys of TASC is hearing voices blended together in worship as praises are lifted to God. Enjoy the video of one of the songs sung during the week.

Please pray for safety as the team travels home today. We give God all the glory for a wonderful week of service, fellowship, worship, and growth in Christ. Thank you to everyone who prayed, volunteered, hosted, and supported TASC Ripon!

Another busy and rewarding day for our TASC team in Ripon, California! TASCers spent the day serving at a variety of locations, including Modesto Gospel Mission, where they tackled projects so thoroughly and efficiently that the staff were amazed at how much was accomplished. At Triple H Youth Ranch, teams moved hay bales, cleaned horse stalls, pulled weeds, cleaned fencing, picked fruit, pruned trees, and even helped relocate a hot tub! Others served at Faith Home Teen Challenge by weeding, organizing, cleaning BBQ grills, and scrubbing refrigerators. After a full day of work, the group enjoyed a wonderful evening playing Bunco with members of Zion Reformed Church, followed by ice cream and fellowship. Today is the team's final day of service before heading home tomorrow. Please continue to keep these teens, sponsors, host families, and the congregation in your prayers as they finish the week strong, travel safely, and reflect on all that God has done.
