Jackson County High School is having a great week as it hosts a softball camp. Students are participating in a wide variety of practice drills, developing their skills, and having a blast along the way.

The Jackson County School System is once again partnering with Fueling Georgia's Future and the Georgia Department of Education to provide summer feeding for families in need. Summer meals are available Monday through Thursday until July 2. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 8 a.m., and lunch is from 11 to 11:30 a.m.

Today, North Jackson Elementary School hosted an exciting STEAM Camp! Students explored, created, and learned through engaging hands-on activities that sparked curiosity and innovation.

Jackson County educators attended the GA LitLink Conference this week. They learned from and collaborated with educators across the state to learn more about literacy. The conference theme was “Literacy and Justice for All” and our educators were inspired to continue the great work we’re doing to bring best literacy practices to all students in Jackson County!
