Do you move without pain?
Do you have energy at the end of the day?
Are you stronger this month than last month?
Can your body do what you ask it to?

The hip hinge is a foundational movement pattern and a critical component of an effective deadlift.

Get it right, and force transfers efficiently through the entire kinetic chain. Get it wrong, and your lower back often pays the price.

This is why coaching matters. Our coaches provide the cues and feedback needed to help athletes and members master the hinge, move efficiently, and feel confident when it’s time to attack the bar.

Tomas came to us back in January looking to improve his overall health and fitness. He had a poor experience with a few training sessions he had tried in years past and expressed those concerns in his initial assessment with us.

Over the first six weeks of his training with us, he dropped 6.5 pounds, 2.6% body fat, and successfully completed 3 sessions per week — conquering his previous concerns over working out!

Now he’s attended nearly 50 sessions, improved all of his strength and conditioning numbers, and is in the best shape of his life.

We are so proud of Tomas and can’t wait to see all of the progress he’ll make in the future!

Year 1 is in the books.

The journey has not always been easy but it has been so rewarding. The athletes, parents, members, and families who have trusted us with their training is what has defined the last 365 days.

It wasn’t about the weights…although we’re stronger.
It wasn’t about the InBody…although comps are better.
It wasn’t about about a number…although we’re growing.

It was always about the people.
It was always about the relationships.
It was always about building a Resolute community - to do hard things, overcoming obstacles, and becoming stronger outside of the gym.

School’s out! The off-season / summer window is a valuable training period for young athletes.

Time to build strength, improve movement, and develop the physical qualities that carry over to every sport.

Our Summer Training schedule just expanded!

Starting THIS Friday, May 29th, we’re adding an additional 11:00 AM training session for our Momentum and Performance athletes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Because development doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through consistent work.
